So come along and join us - here are directions to help you find us in each of the cafes. We always have a sign saying "Yakety Yak" on one of our tables. If you cannot find us in any of the cafes, please ask the staff where we are.

Henderson's
Henderson's is a well-known Edinburgh Restaurant in Hanover Street, on the corner of Thistle Street.
If you are coming to Yakety Yak in the morning - when you come downstairs from Hanover Street into the restaurant, turn right and go down another couple of steps and you will find us.  This part of the restaurant may not be open to everyone when you arrive, but do come in and join us - we will have a nice, quiet area to yak in.
If you are coming to Yakety Yak in the evening - when you come downstairs from Hanover Street into the restaurant, turn left and head to the back of the restaurant.  The back of the restaurant may be closed to the public but we will be there so come and join us.

bia bistrot
bia bistrot is in Colinton Road, very near Holy Corner, opposite Starbucks and Tesco. The bistrot is not always open for other customers when we meet, so if the sign on the door says 'closed', don't worry, just come in as the door will not be locked.  When you enter there is a stair on your left, going down to the function room.  We meet downstairs in the function room.

eteaket Tea Boutique and Cafe
eteaket is in the centre of Edinburgh on Frederick Street, between George Street and Queen Street. We meet in the back of the cafe - when you go in, walk straight ahead through the cafe and we will be there.

VinCaffe, Valvona & Crolla, Multrees Walk
VinCaffe is in Multrees Walk, the pedestrian precinct which links St Andrew Square to St James Centre. Sometimes, you'll see us sitting in the booths on the right hand side of the ground floor. If there's no sign saying "Yakety Yak" there, we will be upstairs: walk to the back of the ground floor of VinCaffe and go upstairs. We are at the other end of the upstairs restaurant, in a secluded area. When you go upstairs, a member of staff will show you where we are.

CaffeBar, Valvona & Crolla, Elm Row
Elm Row is at the city centre end of Leith Walk, just downhill from the big roundabout below the Playhouse Theatre.  CaffeBar is at the back of Valvona & Crolla's well known deli in Elm Row.  Go straight through the shop, turn right and then left and go up a few stairs to the CaffeBar.  We will be at a table near the entrance.

moo cafeteria
moo cafeteria is the white cafe at the very bottom of Dundas Street (Brandon Terrace) near the clock at Canonmills.  We meet at the back of the cafe - so come in and just keep walking!

Falko Konditormeister
Falko Konditormeister is a well known German cafe and baker on the main road through Bruntsfield, on the left as you leave the city centre.  We will probably be sitting at the window.

Le Marché Français

This is a French cafe/restaurant, on the main road at Haymarket.  If you head from Haymarket Station straight to Princes Street, you will pass Le Marche Francais on your right before you get to Shandwick Place.  We meet at the back of the cafe.

Cuthberts Coffee and Sandwich Bar

Cuthberts is in the former headquarters of St. Cuthberts Co-operative Society at Fountainbridge, opposite Tollcross Primary School.  We will be in the booths on your right hand side as you enter.

When you arrive in any of the cafes, if you cannot find us, please ask the staff and they will point you in the right direction.
